Simply follow these 2 easy steps to join:
Complete the VetBroker Membership Application below.
• Complete the TREC 1 form (form is PDF fillable)
Joining Board • Not Joining Board
• Upload the completed TREC1 form to the Tennessee Real Estate Commission website
(If you don't have an online profile with the TREC you'll need to create one first)
• After signing in, go to "Manage your license information"
• In the "Choose Application" drop down menu on the right, scroll down to "TRANSFER"
• At the "File Attachments" page, in the "Attachments List" drop down menu, scroll down to "TREC Form"
• Currently licensed agents are only required to upload the TREC1 form, no other forms are necessary.
• New Licensee's; add the following information to your Examination Results / PSI Score form:
Joining Board: Firm: VetBrokers • Firm License: ??????
Not Joining Board: Firm: VetBrokers Parking Firm License: ?????

After completing the form, email to: join@VetBrokers.vet for signature and we will send back in order for you to submit to TREC for processing your license transfer to VetBrokers.
TREC does not notify licensees of completed license transfers. You can check the TREC website to confirm if TREC has completed your license transfer.
When your license transfer has been completed from the Tennessee Real Estate Commission to VB, please send a screenshot (or other image) to us from the TREC site showing the license has been transferred to VB. Send to: join@VetBrokers.vet so we can finalize your application. After we receive your license confirmation from you, we will send you a welcome email confirming your VetBrokers membership is complete.

Proof of Errors & Omissions Insurance
When processing your license with TREC, they will require you to provide proof of personal E&O insurance.
In order for a Tennessee real estate broker affiliate to be in compliance with the State of Tennessee insurance requirements, TREC requires that all broker affiliates obtain their own independent E&O insurance policy.
TREC has an affiliation with RISC for agents to obtain their E&O insurance: TREC Group E&O Policy
After obtaining your E&O policy please email copy of the policy to: trec.eo2@tn.gov and join@VetBrokers.vet
